Use the Hearth Reservation Request Form to request the Hearth wall space for exhibitions. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any installation.

Exhibition details:

My 14 students are each making a 24″x36″ vertical poster to summarize their research for the term. We want to pin them up on the bulletin boards in the Hearth on the morning of March 19 at 8am-9:50am and have a show and tell session. It is our scheduled Final Exam time. We don’t mind if Cafe customers come in during the session.

We would want to leave it up through Spring Break and take it down around Thursday 4/3 (first week of Spring term) so that people could see the exhibit.

If this is not available, could we use the Hayden Gallery?
