Use the Hearth Reservation Request Form to request the Hearth wall space for exhibitions. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any installation.

Exhibition details:

The HOPES conference is taking place this weekend and they are needing to use the Hearth for a large eating space. They will also be utilizing rooms 278 and 279 across the hall, but they need the Hearth too. They’ll need it all day on both 4/20 and 4/21.
