Use the Hearth Reservation Request Form to request the Hearth wall space for exhibitions. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any installation.

Exhibition details:

This is for a one-day meeting on Friday, Oct. 20, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., inclusive of set-up and take-down. A projector will be needed for the room.

UO Catering will be delivering breakfast and an outside vendor will be deliving boxed lunches.
