Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Art History Student Association Biannual Book Sale

Exhibition start date: November 7, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM
Exhibition end date: November 8, 2018 ending at 3:30 PM
Exhibition take down dates: November 8, 2018 – November 8, 2018

Exhibition details:

On November 7th and 8th the Art History Student Association would like to hold its biannual fundraising book sale. This will comprise of two tables set up by the Lawrence first floor entrance at 9:00am each day and taken down at 3:30pm each day. We will have two tables, an estimated ten people from the AHSA will participate in supervising the book table in rotated shifts of two people, an ASUO cashier, and ten boxes of books to sell.

On both 11/7/18 and 11/8/18 a representative of the AHSA will set up the tables and books. Throughout the day representatives of the organization will switch off watching the table, and a cashier from the ASUO will be present supervising transactions. Both days at 3:30pm the tables and books will be removed from the lobby and stored in the Art History Student Resource Room.
