Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition details:

This is the Cinema Studies and University Film Organization’s combined end of year screening and Award Ceremony. The room request has been submitted for Lawrence 177, and we are hoping to hold the reception in the space in the hall between Lawrence 177 and 115.

*This space is not a reservable space. I’m approving this request, but have noted on the title the reserved location. This will help others looking to reserve the Southern entrance lobby to know it’s available, despite this event being on the calendar.
