Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition start date: February 5, 2025 beginning at 11:00 AM
Exhibition end date: February 5, 2025 ending at 6:00 PM
Exhibition take down dates: February 5, 2025 – February 5, 2025

Exhibition details:

Two hour reception from 4 to 6pm on Wednesday Feb 5th in Lawrence Hall Lobby to celebrate the work of student collaborators on exhibition. In addition to catering, we will be doing a skill share on the fabrication of the signs on display…we will coordinate tables and a screen with the help desk.
