Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition details:

Tabling in the lobby for submission for this year’s magazine Eyeshot 2024. We only need a table and chairs near an outlet or/and extension cord to plug our laptop. Our setup starts at 10 am with one of our members and ends at 4 pm with one of our members cleaning up. The number of members who are tabling will be 1-2 at a time. Unsure abt the number of participants whomever stops by our table.
