Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Catering will need to set up around 6:30 pm in the lobby for the reception starting around 7:30 pm. Event will finish around 9:00 pm. Would like bistro tables and catering tables, with linens set up for event.
