Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition start date: December 1, 2022 beginning at 8:00 AM
Exhibition end date: December 1, 2022 ending at 10:00 AM
Exhibition take down dates: December 1, 2022 – December 1, 2022

Exhibition details:

Event is from 8:30-9:30am but we’d like to setup at 8am if possible.
