Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition details:

This is going to be a release party for a publication created by the BFA group in art and technology, Carousel. The publication, titled Shh, is the documentation of an exhibition from Fall term that took place in Knight Library over the course of one week. It contains photos and graphics of the artwork that each student in Carousel set up during the exhibition. We won’t be using any equipment besides a couple of tables to set materials, and are only showing the magazine that we published, of which there are about 50-60 copies. We expect that setup will take no longer than 30 minutes to an hour, and takedown should take even less time than that.
