Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition setup dates: February 20, 2020 – February 20, 2020
Exhibition start date: February 20, 2020 beginning at 8:00 AM
Exhibition end date: February 20, 2020 ending at 4:00 PM
Exhibition take down dates: February 20, 2020 – February 20, 2020

Exhibition details:

One-day tabling event for hiring employers to embed in Lawrence Hall to meet SAE students as prospective staff or intern hires. The south Lawrence Lobby would hold three tables; two on the east wall, one in the SW corner, adjacent to Student Services’ doors.
