Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Food Drive Sculptures

Exhibition setup dates: February 27, 2019 – February 27, 2019
Exhibition start date: February 27, 2019 beginning at 8:00 AM
Exhibition end date: February 28, 2019 ending at 6:00 PM
Exhibition take down dates: February 28, 2019 – February 28, 2019

Exhibition details:

Cans & Food will be collected all month in designated bins and culminate in the building of sculptures out of the donations. We hope to end the event with a light reception starting at 5:00pm Thursday then move cans to barrels for pick up.
The locations of the sculptures will be designated after meeting with Kyle. The 4 collection bins will either be placed in those locations or set along the east wall of our office until it is time for the building.
