Use the Lawrence Hall First Floor Lobby Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Lobby for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Bake Sale

Exhibition setup dates: November 19, 2018 – November 19, 2018
Exhibition start date: November 19, 2018 beginning at 10:00 AM
Exhibition end date: November 19, 2018 ending at 2:00 PM
Exhibition take down dates: November 19, 2018 – November 19, 2018

Exhibition details:

1) Joint fundraising sale by HOPES and ASLA of hand-made baked goods and crafts.
2) Equipment needed: 2 tables to set up our items on and 4 chairs.
3) We plan on setting up the tables at least 30 minutes prior to the event and will break down immediately after 2pm.
