Use the Lawrence Courtyard Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Courtyard for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Alumni Reunion

Exhibition setup dates: June 10, 2023 – June 10, 2023
Exhibition start date: June 10, 2023 beginning at 5:00 PM
Exhibition end date: June 10, 2023 ending at 8:00 PM
Exhibition take down dates: June 10, 2023 – June 10, 2023

Exhibition details:

Reception event for UO School of Architecture Alumni and potential donors. We will be requesting UO catering. A tent has also been requested so guests do not have to stand in the direct sunlight.
