Use the Lawrence Courtyard Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Courtyard for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

End of Year IDSA Dinner and Exhibition

Exhibition details:

The Industrial Design Society of America UO Chapter has been approved for funding for an end-of-the-year event/exhibition dinner. We would love to host this in or around Lawrence Hall, the dinner will have approximately 60 attendees including faculty and students. Food and Table set ups will be purchasing from UO catering and UO events and scheduling. We would also love to have a small space for a photo backdrop and tripod set up. We estimate the actually event will be 2 hours, but we would need time for set up and take down at either end.
