Use the Lawrence Courtyard Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Courtyard for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition setup dates: March 18, 2023 – March 18, 2023
Exhibition start date: March 18, 2023 beginning at 8:00 AM
Exhibition end date: March 21, 2023 ending at 8:00 AM
Exhibition take down dates: March 21, 2023 – February 21, 2023

students will store parklets in the courtyard until they can be placed in the Hayden Gallery
