Use the Lawrence Courtyard Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Courtyard for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition setup dates: October 11, 2022 – October 11, 2022
Exhibition start date: October 11, 2022 beginning at 10:00 AM
Exhibition end date: October 11, 2022 ending at 8:00 PM
Exhibition take down dates: October 11, 2022 – October 13, 2022

Exhibition details:

Tom needs an out door space for these times. and only these times he will not have his stuff there in between they will set up and take down. I just booked the whole time but not really needed. They will set stuff up and testing strength of building material.
Dates/Times: Tuesday, Oct. 11, 10:00am-2:00pm, and 4:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday, Oct. 13, 10:00am-12:00pm, and 4:00pm-8:00pm
