Use the Lawrence Courtyard Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Courtyard for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

AIAS Bonding Event

Exhibition setup dates: May 1, 2022 – May 1, 2022
Exhibition start date: May 1, 2022 beginning at 3:00 PM
Exhibition end date: May 1, 2022 ending at 6:00 PM
Exhibition take down dates: May 1, 2022 – May 1, 2022

Exhibition details:

This is for the AIAS team bonding event for our new executive board to get to know each other and other club members as well as to celebrate our graduating members. We have already reserved the Hayden Gallery for this time for its connection to the courtyard where we will have outdoor games like cornhole and to provide a space for people to eat outdoors if there are any hesitancies about eating/unmasking with covid-19. Besides the cornhole boards, the only other equipment in the courtyard consists of a table or two with chairs to accommodate eating. (Apologies for filling this out on such short notice, there were some technical issues)
