Use the Lawrence Courtyard Reservation Request Form to request the Lawrence Hall Courtyard for exhibitions or events. Reservation requests must be approved prior to any exhibition or event.

Exhibition setup dates: June 6, 2022 – June 6, 2022
Exhibition start date: June 6, 2022 beginning at 8:00 AM
Exhibition end date: June 14, 2022 ending at 5:00 PM
Exhibition take down dates: June 14, 2022 – June 14, 2022

Exhibition details:

Monday, June 6: Students install work 8:00am- 4:00pm on Monday, June 6 and attend the reception from 4:00- 6:00pm.
Monday June 13: UO Commencement
Tuesday, June 14: De-install all work, labels, hardware and equipment by 5:00pm. Any work that is left will be discarded.
